In July 2022, OpenText commissioned Forrester Consulting to evaluate current challenges in software development and the emergence of value stream management solutions. Forrester conducted an online survey with 435 business and IT leaders at global enterprise organizations with responsibility for and visibility into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to explore this topic.
